Shipping methods and Delivery times

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:


The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time:

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. We usually require 0-2 business days to process an order. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them to your address.

Shipping time:

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

Affected by the region, the shipping costs in these states are very expensive: FL, NY, WA, MD.

So for orders in these states, an additional $300 shipping fee is required.

For orders in other states, we provide free shipping.

  • Shipping available to the 50 United States. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories.

Please note that after an order has been submitted, rilassahome.com is not able to make any modifications. If you would like additional items, a separate order should be placed. Or if you would like to change your shipping address, please do contact us first before shipping, suppose the package is returned due to the customer getting the logistics company to change the address without the seller's permission, the customer needs to be responsible for the round-trip freight. Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
